A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and confirmation is provided.

All standard rentals include up to 4 hours of play time. Setup is completed prior to your event start time, and breakdown occurs after the event concludes.

Yes, Jouer provides full delivery, setup, and breakdown for all rentals to ensure a seamless experience.

We offer free delivery within a 15-mile radius of Jeanerette, LA (70544). Additional travel fees apply for locations outside of this area.

Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance may apply the deposit as a credit toward a future booking (valid for 6 months).
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

For safety reasons, outdoor setups will not proceed during unsafe weather conditions.
Clients must provide an indoor backup option. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied as a credit toward a future event within one year.

Yes, adult supervision is required at all times. Jouer staff are responsible for setup and takedown only and do not provide on-site supervision.

The setup area must be:
• Clean and free of debris
• Easily accessible
• Located on a flat, level surface
Additional fees may apply for stairs, long walking distances, or limited access.

Yes, we offer customization options including soft play color selections (pink, blue, and white) and balloon décor to match your event theme.

To maintain cleanliness and safety, the following are not allowed:
• Food or drinks
• Shoes
• Face paint, slime, markers, or glitter
• Pets on or near equipment

The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by improper use, food, pets, or prohibited items.

Yes, Jouer reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the setup area is unsafe, equipment is being misused, or safety guidelines are not followed. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
